Shutterbug Cancellation & Refund Policy:
A full refund minus a $60 processing fee will be issued if you cancel up to two weeks before the start date of your class or workshop. If you need to cancel between seven and 13 days before the start date of your class or workshop you will receive a 50% refund. If you need to cancel less than one week before the start date of your class or workshop no refund will be issued.
If you have scheduled a private lesson or workshop, you must notify us by email 24 hours or before your scheduled session. You will be allowed to reschedule your session at no additional charge. If you don’t send notification and fail to show up, you will forfeit your money.
